Procedures

1. Submitting the application to the public service office using the approved form and attaching all required documents.
2. Registering the application in the bureau/incoming.
3. Transforming the application to the director to review it and convert it to the specialized department
4. Studying the application by the engineer supervising the road and making a Sensory detection of the location for assuring the removal of damages
5. Submitting a report by the engineer and place the required procedure 
6. Submitting the report to the director to ratify the taken decision
7. Preparing a letter from the directorate's bureau with the approved procedure and issuing it.
8. Informing the requesting party of the taken decision and handing over a copy of the official letter.
